It's skiing fast and the water feels hard.

Aw, just take some (fin)tip out, stay soft in the knees, hips up etc. Just don't forget to get on a plane, and take a 2 1/2 hour ride south first. Spring meeting info in full stoty.

Our U of  M hopefuls goes to the big show

Hi all ! It's once again turning (or staying) cold, and most waterskiers are looking ahead to next season. Our local collegiate waterski team, U of M, are going to the collegiate nationals again, and have been skiing up until recently. Congrats, co-eds and good luck!! This is why we took the jump out a little late this year on 20th of October.

Now that we're past the halfway point through our Michigan waterski season, it's time to look back and ask ourselves " did I ski as much as I'd like this season so far,and did I have fun?"

July 18th, we had our annual Island party. Thanks to Amy and Doug for spearheading the effort.

On June 26th, Dean Springer and Kathleen Jensen got married in Horizon park in Belleville, in front of family and friends.

Remember when you got that new ski, and couldn't wait to get in the water and ski the heck out of it ! Adjust the fin, move the boots, try a different speed ?

This is the season to get some new gear and get out to the lake and enjoy the new technology that is available to us. We have the island mostly ready for relaxation and ski tweeking between sets. The only thing missing is YOU, to come out and hang with us. 

The skishow practice is starting, and thats a good time to come out and get a skirun in with your favorite ski buddys. So come on out, bring your ski and let's have some fun !! 

The water temperature is sneaking up above 70 degrees. No excuses !

Thank's to everyone who helped out on opening day, April 18th. It was a perfect day for us to start out the season. 75 degrees and sunny, which certainly isn't a given on Belleville lake in April.
